Salary Range: $95,000-$135,000
Waypoint Partners, PLLC, an established CPA and consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team. Our practice provides a broad range of audit and tax services. Our assurance team works with a diverse group of clients to provide a variety of services including audit, review, compilation, and forensics. Responsibilities:
- Manage audit engagements including client expectations, budgets, and financial reporting
- Deliver detailed analysis of findings
- Research technical issues that arise during an engagement
- Review audit reports
- Build client relationships
- Provide leadership and supervision to Audit Staff and Seniors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
- Previous experience in a public accounting firm
- CPA required
- Minimum 2 years of supervising and training experience
- Able to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Strong motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service
- Able to travel
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Comprehensive understanding of data analysis techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
